Service sucks every time I go there it takes for ever for them to take you order at the drive thru and there want even be anybody eles in line

Talking about sex through the headphones. The White girl I think her name was Stephanie needs to be fired. Telling them what she did with her Boyfriend after the first 3 months. While the manager just walked around. Deplorable. Food was cold and smashed I threw mine away.

Whoever owns this restaurant should fire every employee there and start from scratch. I have never seen a group of people so unmotivated to wait on customers. No manager around. You are losing money with the piles of food they were throwing away because people were leaving instead of waiting. It is the craziest thing I have ever seen. Yes... it was during the hurricane but I don't think that's an excuse for people just standing around doing nothing. Seriously you should fire everybody and start with a new crew. I ordered a Hawaiian chicken sandwich but they were all out of pineapple.
Went in and ordered a chilli dog and onion rings with a drink. Chili dog came up first and sat on counter until cold, waiting on onion rings.
Food was old tasting...fries were soggy...celery was so tough you couldn't bite it..no Dr Pepper and sweet tea tasted spoiled...cashier and order taker ladies were very nice...Worse Zaxbys I've ever had...Eufaula Alabama Zaxbys
