We were the only customers in Captain D's so we had fairly fast service but our food was cold. The staff was friendly and efficient and they do have a new style french fry that is much better than their old style but there's no excuse for serving room temperature food
Fish was good. Oil needs to be changed. I have heard good and bad a out this place had to try it myself.
This Captain D's is the best. The shrimp and fish are always cooked to order. The people that work here are always friendly. I only stop here to eat when I'm traveling thru the city....keep up the good work.

My family stayed in Eufaula and my son wanted fish & chips so stopped by Captain D's (not a lot of choices). There was one staff member that would actually help you the rest of them would not make eye contact even when a few feet from you standing at the front counter. The worse part was the cleanliness of the restaurant. Every table in the dining room was dirty from others that had already eaten and the floor was so greasy you had to slide your feet. The table we finally sat at had been wiped with a dirty rag. We were so uncomfortable we asked for to go plates and left. 1st and LAST visit. Where is the management? Are they part of the lazy staff that would not make eye contact?
