If you can avoid delivering here, do it at all cost. They will literally load 4 of their trailers for every one pallet they load on yours. My appointment was at 1:00am, it's now noon and if my count is correct I think I have about 5 pallets on my truck...YET I've seen about 12 of their trailers come and go.
It's okay because my pick ups are usually preloaded. But trying to get anyone on the phone to check on a load is nearly impossible. Phone system needs to have an option for the shipping dept, not separate depts for various stages of chicken dissection and eviseration. 0 for operator leads to nowhere.
Worst place ever, sit there WAITING to be loaded for 12 or more hrs while they go out in their lot, pick up an empty trailer, fill it & put it back out in the parking lot to sit there for 3 or more days before anyone even picks them up! While truck drivers that are sitting there waiting for a live load that they have to deliver on a schedule! And I know that these trailers that they're filling ahead of us are just sitting in their lots for days because their employees told us this, they don't get it either & they've tried to tell them in the office that drivers are waiting but they just don't care or they don't know what they're doing! Well they're gonna end up losing good customers that way, I know one that's fed up with their product always getting there late because of keystone in Eufaula, Alabama! I refuse to come here anymore! We have schedules to keep PLUS that really messes up our driving time because of having a mandatory 10 hrs off in a 14 hr period, keystone takes most of that away from us because of their poor management! They're sister company in Camilla GA, I'll go there anytime! They have great management, at least on the day shift, night shift there don't do any work, they leave it for the day shift to do! Lazy people! Coodoes to the day shift (at camilla!). It doesn't matter what time you get to the Eufaula, Alabama plant, it's always bad there!
Avoid if you can!!!! 9 hours and I'm only halfway loaded!
Loaded fast and staff was very friendly
