So professional and kind. Staff very knowledgable about insurances and charges. Hygienist was sweet and gentle.After my first visit i have relaxed about work I need to do. Dr Helton made me feel better about what has to be done in future.
Mariah Smith — I would not recommend this dentist to anyone. He is very rude. The first time I went I took my 2 year old son for a routine check up as an Early Head Start requirement. He literally came in the room and did not engage in any conversation whatsoever with me or my son to make us comfortable but I overlooked it. The 2nd time we visited today (2 weeks after the 1st visit) I was talking with the receptionist doing new patient paperwork for my daughter. My son was stomping as he walked (nothing out of the ordinary for any 2 year old) and Dr. Helton burst thru the door and spoke to my child in the most disgusting tone of voice while asking him to stop stomping. I responded by telling him not to speak to my child in that tone of voice, he was doing what any 2 year old little boy do, and that I had it under control. My child was not unruly in any way. He had on flip flops and got fascinated with the way they contacted the floor. That was absolutely it. It dd not deserve the attitude he gave my 2 year old. I politely told the receptionist to shred my daughter's information and close my son's file b/c we would definitely not be returning. I can not describe the disgust I feel about the way a dentist who is supposed to be cordial and friendly treated my 2 year old and myself.
I love dr jim Helton he is so sweet and polite.... same for his staff...
Pulled my tooth after numbing cream and shot wore off. Handled root canal so rough my mouth was in more pain because of him rather than the actual tooth. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
