All sorts of completely clueless. One of the women working there doesn't know what a spool is and told me she doesn't "know the lingo". Prices are jacked through the roof, up to a 300% markup on a lot of items. No prices posted, no one knows the price of the items unless they do a price check on the register every time, or having to actually call and ask someone. I'm not interested in standing in a store and waiting thirty minutes so someone can figure out how much they want to price gouge me for. Very unprofessional.
Great shop! They have pool tables if you just want to hang out.
